I am a data scientist thriving to transform data in result. My working background includes developing and deploying predictive models and analytical studies for several businesses, such as steel mill, education, technology, insurances, private pension and banking.I have worked with several data science techniques, such as AB testing, machine learning models (supervised and unsupervised), rfv analysis, natural language processing (NLP), ETLs and LLMs. Some of the key projects I have worked on include implementation of the model for sentiment analysis at TOTVS customer experience department, resulting in an increase in NPS; modeling of propensity to take out private pension plans at Bradesco Seguros, with potential return of billions of BRL; development of a ChatBot using LLMs, leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance conversational accuracy and reduce costs.I have knowledge of programming in Python, PySpark and SAS. I have also worked with data analysis, dataviz and databases tools such as Excel, Power BI, QuickSight, SQL and NoSQL. I have knowledge in cloud, I have used tools such as AWS, Azure and Databricks. By seeking challenges, in 2023 I studied business management in London.
