ClickOn Argentina was founded using a Mexican system and migrated to the Brazilian systems after 5 months of operation, I was responsible for all migration process, managing the Mexican team in this job.I was responsible for all the technology since this migration, managing and controlling version updates keeping it compatible with brazilian's versions and maintaining nationalization for Argentina.Responsible for create and train local teams for development and maintenance, executing in 2014 the complete migration of all intelligence and control to Argentina, when I moved to Argentina.Improving processes leading the company to growth, higher billing, cost reduction and I directly articulated the business decisions of the company.I was responsible for architect and creat an automated and intelligent email marketing system.I participated in the diligence and acquisition of two competitors, planning and executing the migration of all systems purchased to a single system, creating a whitelabel product.

I acted in the elaboration and execution of its operational project and in the company's infrastructure like: architecture, engineering and development of the frontend software and backoffice.The company grew from 0 to 400 employees in a year. I participated of the website's expansion to Argentina, when I moved with my family to Argentina to help the expansion and been in charge of local technologies strategy and team.
