Brazil Content Litigation Project: Interacting with multiple cross-functional teams globally to investigate, resolve, and respond to high-priority matters that include Electoral, Civil, and Extra Judicial types of litigations to mitigate high financial and reputational risks in short deadlines for large volumes of incoming cases from Brazil.Provide answers to Outside Legal Counsel on litigations utilizing advanced data analytical and investigative techniquesUse of complex tools and investigation methods to assess threats and escalate high-risk issues including identifying, securing, and recovering compromised accounts on the platformDeliver training, shadowing, and reverse shadowing sessions to new hiresRemaining up-to-date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates, and enforcement standards (which include Community Standards, Advertiser & Commerce Policies, and Intellectual Property Regulations).

Managing and training staff. Interacting with customers by taking orders and serving them, responsible for stock control and doing end of day accounts. Managing social media accounts on behalf of the business (Instagram and Facebook), keeping them up to date as well as moderating comments and collecting customer voices. Also responsible for the point of sales system (SUMUP - Cloud based), keeping the databases up to date as well as generating full sales reports.

Managing and training new staff to ensure the business runs efficiently. Controlling stock, ordering products from suppliers and doing end of day accounts. Making hot and cold beverages, serving and taking orders from customers.

Working with the company's leaders and other administrative teams to create and implement special projects and company events. Arranging meetings, travel itineraries to North America and Europe, hotel reservations and airline ticket purchases. Organizing the agenda of the directors, typing and document translations.

Teaching English to children, teenagers and adults from basic to advanced levels and giving support to the school reception, sales and administrative departments. With fellow educators, sessions were held to collaborate and share information to improve student success.
