Work on behalf of PTC GroupDevelopment of rear lamps for passenger cars.Development of plastic parts monocolor and multicolor (2K and 3K).Design parts from initial design, to prototype phase, and production.Development of sheet metal such as bulb holder circuits and thermal deflectors.Design of jig for pre-series (metallization, de-metallization, anti-fog among others).Welding plastic parts (vibration, hot plate and laser welding)Integration with electronic team: LED, printed circuit board, harness electric.Convergence with all teams, optical, electronic, CAE and manufacturing teams in order to meet the deadlines.Functional quotation definition, isostatic references (RPS).Integration between France team and Portugal teams.Customers: Citroen, DS, Land Rover, Mini Cooper, Peugeot, Opel and Renault.

Work closely with all stakeholders in the project to meet all program targets.Interface between engineering and styling to keep an effective communication.Filter, validate and deploy engineering input organizing them in a presentation plus CAD (section, solid or surface) support to Designer / Modeler easier understanding and perform modification.Benchmark competitor, A2Mac1 or internal teardown, packages / solutions to support design intend.Present or escalate relevant engineering topics to the management in a well-prepared presentation.Create status reports which support the engineering / design convergency.Work on counter proposals to support design intention.Contribute with ideas about technical concepts.Work closely with the CAS team to ensure engineering section / criteria are understood and well incorporated.Components developed:- Interior: steering wheel, A/B/C pillar, rear scuff, carpets, roof, cockpit, doors,and center console.- Exterior: headlamp, rear lamp, third stop, fog lamps, retroreflector, reversecamera, front grille, sheet metal, exterior trims, and fascia.I had opportunity to work with innovation team in two different situations.
