Member of project group working on products development of compressor and genset, responsible for supplier and parts development and material cost management in all project gates. Supplier management working with strategical commodities and market analysis working on projects for a cost reduction high delivery performance, good quality and search for innovation in new product development. Responsible for support a group of buyers and quality engineers in a several commodities measuring and working on actions plan to improve the supplier performance based on the pillars: price, quality, deliver, products and process development and payables. Actively searches for new opportunities with a focus on maximum cost efficiency. Projects management of cost reduction like resourcing, localization plan, global sourcing, dual sourcing, and risk assessment of supply chain. Coordinate with buyers to build a strategic purchasing year plan, based on the targets and aligned with the divisional plan a detailed commodity analysis and opportunity scan of cost reduction. In cooperation with the managers build a three-year plan focus on improvements of purchase pillars. Member of groups with focus on projects development with a high interaction and cooperation between the departments of product company in a local and global level.

Responsible for developing the process of suppliers searching for high level of production efficiency, quality, safety, and health. Guarantee the quality of parts on the new projects following the qualification plan to prevent and reduce the costs of non-quality in the factory and in the customer (field). Lead audits and continuous improvements program in the suppliers with focus on development of quality based on process and product. Quality management of the main commodities: diesel engines, alternator, electrical panel, electrical motors and sheet metal.

Coordinate the technical group in the process of field failure analysis, root cause searching for a solution for field problems and improvements for the projects. Responsible to the technical support and training of compressors and gensets, supporting the customer centers and dealers. Responsible for the technical material of products, services maintenance, stock and management of strategical parts. Coordinate actions on field supporting the field technicians in a critical failure and the project group in the field follow up of new products.
