- Analysis and improvement of several processes in the administrative and leasing areas, reducing recurring errors and improving communication between these teams.- Leader of the IT improvement project, which consisted in acquiring and implementing new servers and a switch, creating a domain (AD) and user accounts, and defining access policies to the new file server.- Create dashboards and spreadsheets to assist other managers formulate strategies for their teams, extracting data from the DB when it was not available natively on the system.- Development of an application (in Java) to send rental invoices to tenants and accountability reports to landlords automatically through email, saving the invoice and account staffs around 8 to 12 hours a month (previously the emails were sent manually).

Part of the BoardEdge development team. My main responsibilities were to implement and evaluate Elasticsearch’s impact on data requisitions (with focus on response time) and implement minor corrections after the product was released to production.

Support to the fiber optic cable TV service, being responsible for preventive monitoring and troubleshooting of Ericsson Mediaroom servers, make daily system status reports and open tickets to external support teams (Dell, Cisco, etc.), keeping track of it until they were resolved.

- Monitor and troubleshoot servers and network services, evaluating the performance and infrastructure improvement needs, which consisted in multiple connected buildings, an on-premise datacenter with 32 servers (both physical and virtualized), and over 450 desktops.- Leader or an active member of several projects, including server virtualization (VMware vCenter), selection and implementation of the firewall solution (Watchguard), and migration from MS Exchange to Office 365.- Provide tier 2 support to the Help Desk team and assist the Dev team by provisioning VMs, deploying fix patches and maintenance routines to applications, both cloud and on-premise.
