As Head of Sales at Runrun.it, we (my awesome team and I) made some important achievements during the time I was in charge of this operation:ā— Redesign of the Sales Operations team and redefinition of the main KPIs (finally obtaining reliable indicators, redesigning the area's main accountability materials and creating predictive processes to support decision making and the SQUADs' main routines);ā— We reached 65% of the global OKR (New MRRs) during this period (in 1 month we achieved 109% of the MRR's goal, which was achieved only in 3 months in the last 24 months);ā— Hired 13 new professionals for the team during the period and redesigned the Recruitment, Onboarding and Ramp-up procedures;ā— Mentored Enterprise AEs in closing strategic accounts for the company in the period (Cheil, LĆ”pis Raro, MacFor, Porto Seguro, Tenda, SENAC, etc);ā— We structured a Sales Enablement as a Service program together with "DNA de Vendas" (Inside Sales Academy) in order to upskill the entire sales team;ā— We created a Sales Development area within the Product Led Growth/Sales GTM (designed the sales planning for the next 6 months, compensation plan, hired the SDR team and we built the playbook for the area);ā— Review of the entire Sales Machine's process and redesign of the sales funnel (creation of additional steps and detailing of the gatekeepers for each step of the funnel);ā— Redesign of the Sales Playbook and inclusion of best practices for each stage of the funnel (scripts, copies, gatekeepers triggers, definition of best practices in the use of the tech stack, etc);It was 7 intense months and I'm very proud of what we've achieved!
