Iniciação de um projeto Piloto de automação de teste para o cliente KPN na Espanha. Inicialmente foi feito um projeto de teste automático utilizando a ferramenta QuickTest Professional 9.5 e outro com ferramentas free, para que o cliente pudesse escolher conforme os prós e contras, qual ferramenta atenderia melhor o cliente.

Atividades realizadas no projeto BrasilTelecom. Coordenação de um time de executores de testes e gestão de várias demandas em paralelo em diversos estágios do processo de teste. Levantamento diário das atividades dos executores de teste. Leitura de especificação funcional dos projetos, criação dos projetos de teste dentro da ferramenta Quality Center 9.2, utilizando o reaproveitamento de casos de teste criados na biblioteca. Controle das execuções dos casos de teste a partir de árvore de dependências dos casos e defeitos abertos. Comunicação com Fábrica de Desenvolvimento para resolver impasses por conta de defeitos rejeitados por esta equipe. Auxílio na homologação das demandas com o usuário final (UAT).

Atividades realizadas no projeto BrasilTelecom. Trabalho de recebimento de especificações funcionais das demandas que serão testadas, criação dos roteiros de teste, criação do projeto de teste no Quality Center 9.2, execução dos testes, abertura, teste e fechamento de defeitos. Homologação das demandas junto com o usuário final (UAT).
