I'm a Digital and Data Protection Lawyer and Consultant, carrying out representations in civil lawsuits and advising clients regarding privacy and data protection laws in order to implement the LGPD (the Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and have the organization/company comply with the legislation.I attended the graduation programme thoroughly in six months, which fired me up for further study and practice. Consequently, right after the programme was over, I got closely involved with this subject matter and ever since I have engaged in multiple courses in order to deepen my learning in data protection, privacy and data management, in addition to attending hands-on data implementation program classes, as to assist organisations to comply with the GDPR besides the Brazilian General Data Protection Law. I also attended a three-year graduation programme at the School of Magistracy of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in which I had the chance to deepen my study in multiple fields of law through the case study method used by that institution which enabled me to do in-depth analysis of complex issues therefore boosting critical thinking. I also act as an English tutor, delivering in-person and online classes ranging from basic to advanced level students for multiple purposes: Legal English, business English, conversation and IELTS preparation.Ultimately I have structured my very own English teaching business, "English Mentoring to the next level", in which I am in charge of outlining the curriculum to fit each one of my students’ needs, researching new materials and teaching/learning methods along with handling the daily basis communication with all of the students.
