Solid experience on Lean implementation, leading projects on Manufacturing and Offices departments. Also experienced as Value Stream Management on 2 manufacturing lines.On Manufacturing I handled projects like Lay-out changes, job standardization, heijunka and production leveling, visual management and Problem Solving with teams.At the office I introduced several visual management concepts and problem solving, standard work and team dimensioning.After this experience I turned to Value Stream Manager on 2 manufacturing lines with over 35 employees and also responsible for Process Eng. Attending to automotive industry and other customer in Brazil and foreign countries (Australia, Netherlands, USA). Reaching high delivery levels (98%), productivity increases, process standardization, outsources, new source development and certification like ISO TS, ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.Also took part on business strategy development based on A3, High Performance Teams implementation and cultural changes processes.
