• Review customer’s technical spec, make technical/unpriced proposal during technical clarification stage in bidding or awarded projects. • Delegate duties to members in Customer support team to facilitate the investigation process related to the Non-Conformance complaints from customers.• Deal with Technical Support team in HQ ( KITZ Corporation, Japan) to investigate faulty items that could not be detected at the facility in Singapore.• Assist General Manager in planning for continual improvement activities such as reviewing work procedures and safe keeping of records/ case studies for easy traceability in Workshop & Operation team.• Make presentation materials about engineering services to support Sales & Marketing team in getting new customers and increasing market shares in Singapore.• Assist Operation Manager to make sure assembly job orders, on-site investigation, witness inspections are well-organized, performed according to priority list and duly completed before dispatch to customer’s site.

Singapore

• Handle core customer accounts assigned by top management.• Check Pneumatic/Electric On-Off/Control valve's specification sheets issued by client as per project requirement, confirm product range availability and perform actuator sizing based on service condition.• Prepare budgetary costs for clients in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) stage of their new or upgrading projects.• Involve in kick off meeting with client, it's appointed EPC and other sub vendors to ensure each party undertake own duties, abide to the timeline and achieve milestone at every step of the project.• Supervise project team to monitor work progress of each sub vendor, production and delivery schedule from factories and make sure everything is on right track to complete delivery in timely manner.• Cooperate with Workshop team to assist third party inspector in factory acceptance test on final assembled products.

• Handle technically complicated sales inquiries, learn trouble shooting skills from Engineering department to solve the problems raised by clients.• Process quotations, sales orders, delivery arrangement and invoicing.• Visit customer's facilities for better understanding about their operations, turnaround, and demands in the future.• Develop relationship with new customers in green area such as Pharmaceutical, Semi-conductor industry.• Involve in ISO team activities as DCC (Document Control Centre), liaise with each department to keep the ISO related documents up to date and assist QMR during annual audit period.

Singapore

• Collect daily incoming inquiries by fax, email and distribute to relevant outdoor sales.• Manage catalogue orders from factory and stock up to distribute to clients.• Assist the sales managers in the process of bidding projects such as preparing budgetary price, technical clarifications and filing documents appropriately.

Myanmar

• Receive phone enquiries from customers and give them updated information about the products.• Check CRM (Customer Relation Management) database to maintain excellent services for old customers and develop new customers.• Receive customer complaints & feedbacks and then transfer them to the Production/QA departments for product quality check• Conduct pre-sale services to the callers (especially Industrial Zone) and recording measurements at work site and the needs of the customers.• Cooperate with sales manager in making strategic decisions in order to achieve sales target.
