Earned aircraft qualifications as Helicopter Second Pilot (H2P), Helicopter Aircraft Commander (HAC), Level III Mine Countermeasure Mission Commander, and Functional Check Pilot (FCP). Responsible for the scheduling of 30 pilots and the progression of each individual’s qualifications while assigned as Assistant Operations Officer. Successfully scheduled over 2500 hours of training and tactical missions. Lead over 200 Navy sailors as the Airborne mine countermeasures and Aircraft maintenance officer. During this time personally oversaw the promotion and advancement of 40 Navy sailors. As a senior member of the junior officer corps, oversaw the training and development of junior pilots, directly leading to the qualification of eight Helicopter Aircraft Commanders.
