Confederation of African Tennis (CAT) (French: Confédération Africaine de tennis) is the continental governing body of tennis in Africa. It is the non-profit private organization based in Tunis and affiliated with International Tennis Federation. The main aim of the CAT is to regulate the rules of tennis in the African continent, to develop the fundamental infrastructures for the sport, and to popularize it throughout the continent. For this, CAT also recognizes the excellence of professionals in the field of tennis, including players and member associations with awards and accolades. It is the largest regional body of the tennis with 50 member countries. English and French are the official languages of the organization. Under CAT, African continent is divided into five different zones on the geographical basis with each zone has its own zonal head.

Endowed with legal personality and financial autonomy, placed under the authority of the President of the Republic, the Electricity Regulatory Authority issues opinions on policy orientations and on all related legislative or regulatory texts related to the electricity sector in the Republic of Benin. (Expected to be sworn in)

I have served as Technical Legal Advisor to the Minister of Economy and Finance in Benin, Senior Minister Romuald Wadagni. In this capacity, I have participated with other colleagues in shaping our nation's economic and financial direction.

The African Legal Support Facility, hosted by the African Development Bank, has been supporting African governments in the negotiation of complex commercial transactions since 2010. The Facility assists African governments in their dealings with international investors who often took the upper hand in negotiations. The ALSF is an organization dedicated solely to providing legal advice and technical assistance to African countries, including capacity building.The Facility was established in response to a call by African Ministers of Finance for assistance in three key areas, namely, commercial creditor litigation, the negotiation of complex commercial transactions, and capacity building.
