ETNA is a family owned company specialized on fluid regulation equipment. I focus on after sales, development of new product lines in strong cooperation with R&D and International business development in emerging countries (China, Russia, Korea, and India). We have created a sales representative office in China, to manage our Far East business.

BOA Group is a German corporation, specialized in stainless steel hoses, bellows and expansion joints Within the organization that operates in Europe and in the US, I was in charge of Market strategy, project development support, best practices transfer, International key accounting (Carrier France – USA)

I managed an international sales team (French and German) and focused on OEM markets such as energy, aircraft and aerospace, Exhaust and industrial gas.

I was responsible for the distribution network for France, Northern Europe and Spain. Interest of the job would rely on high differences in market competitive situation between each country (market leader in France, challenger in Germany).

The job would consist of optimizing purchase price, customer service and inventory in a highly cyclic environment. I had to conciliate long term relationships with key suppliers (to ensure supply security) and promotion of new ones in emerging countries (to improve purchase prices)
