Web copywriter for the organization’s internal information portalAs a web copywriter within the Information Management team, I act as a counsellor and provide support to the business. I ensure the conformity with the internal rules and standards on the level of the page content, layout and navigation structure, and I take remediation actions where needed. I regularly carry out quality checks on the basis of the assigned work and system instructions and the procedures. I make use of an OpenText web site management tool to carry out my tasks. I also consult with the technical experts and system analysts. I contribute autonomously to the definition and creation of the content in close concertation with the business. Writing, translating and reviewing web texts also form part of my assignments. I attend trainings to maintain a high level of knowledge in the field of web copywriting and information architecture and to extend this knowledge.My ultimate goal is to help keep the corporate intranet up to date and to increase its value by closely responding to the business needs.

I drew up, managed and followed up the commercial offers to new or existing customers in the framework of the company's multilingual services. As a Quality Controller, I was responsible of maintaining quality levels up to company standards. In this framework, I updated and renewed the company's ISO 9001 certification. I also carried out quality control missions arising from customer feedback (complaints) or translation jobs that did not meet quality standards.
