In my current role, I hold dual responsibilities as Business Manager and Head of Product. As the Business Manager, I am accountable for the entire Profit & Loss (P&L), overseeing the Service Sales and Customer Success / Operations teams. In my capacity as Head of Product, I directly manage the Product / Project Managers. My primary focus is on developing a digital ecosystem surrounding our core products —Tachographs and Telematics devices. Main markets are: vehicle fleets (light and heavy vehicles), bike/car sharing operations, car rental companies ("car as a service", vehice financing and insurance companies.

I led the digital transformation for our business, overseeing Customer Success, Product Management, Operations and Sales. This resulted in our year-end revenue increasing by five times the original amount. Our clients included local mobility startups, vehicle manufacturers, banks and government entities involved in strategic digital transformation projects. Notably, our expansion into new markets, such as the banking sector, was driven by developing innovative digital products tailored to their specific needs

• Program Manager in charge of the Product Management team (6 people) and Aftermarket operations (3 people).• Managed 600 VDO Dealers across Latin America, overseeing After-sales services.• Led remote teams in developing projects involving software, hardware, mechanical and systems engineering• Guided the adoption of LGPD (Brazil’s version of GDPR) within our Business Unit.• Acted as the technical lead in discussions with government officials regarding new regulations for the tachograph industry.

Organized and defined the SWQA team for different Business Units.Reached Automotive SPICE Capability Level 3.Introduced SysML/Rhapsody to support System EngineeringIntroduced DFMEA also for Software Development.

During this period, I worked in Alliare, an external companay which supported Continental R&D team to establish the SW development procedure.

- Sucessfully Implemented the Configuration Management procedure for Software Development. As result, SW team (multi-site development) were able to apply both Version and Change Management in their projects.

Handled technical maintenance at Bradesco Bank, including hardware, software, network, and ATM network setup
