My experience focused on the financial, public, and agriculture sector and included vision and strategy development, root cause analyses, capability maturity assessments, transformation program design and execution.

Guided and coached the 11 local vice presidents responsible for finances and external relations in their respective cities. - Financial management. Developed the budget, realizations and yearly reports (>1 million EUR cost + revenues). Identified and evaluated investment decisions and monitored the performance and financial forecasts. - Information management (IM). Ensured IM systems (a.o. communication, data storage, security) were fit-for-purpose. Guided the upgrade of the CRM / pipeline management system.
