- Define and propose the user growth strategy for Public Service product:- Design growth campaigns that will drive both acquisition and retention for the growth of business;- Work closely with product team to provide additional user insights for product development as the essential way for growth;- Execute the major of projects and overall activities, including media campaigns, promotion programs, product feedback & optimization;- Manage budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives, across both in-app and external channels;- Define key metrics, user segment and generate marketing campaign/ promotion with a strong focus on user acquistion, user retention rate and recover rate.
