Research on retail assets strategy on micro housing loans. - Developing the Retail Asset portfolio strategy for ESAF Small Finance Bank, with focus on MSME and Micro Housing. Market assessment, existing offerings and competition benchmarking.- Mapping the existing experience of the segment from source and availability, product features and services perspectives. Mapping the segment needs/expectations in terms of product features and process and experience perspectives- Identifying the key factors which will create a lasting and positive relationship with the customers from the purview of Customer ExperienceESAF Microfinance and Investment (P) Limited is one of the 10 recipients licensed by RBI to establish Small Finance Bank to cater to the financial services need for the Bottom of the Pyramid clientele

- Performed Branch operations and maintained statistical and financial records. Supported opening of new accounts and Term deposits, KYC Amendments- Processed personal loans, pension loans, housing and education Loans on loan origination system. Assisted in implementation of CTS (Cheque Truncation System) Clearing and resolved issues. Handled the movement of money through Cash management (Credits and Debits)- Assisted Customers, resolved issues, queries and rendered services to cater to their needs.Took initiatives and proposed plans to resolve typical problems encountered by HNIs.- Promoted Customer engagement via POS Machines, Internet and Mobile Banking. Represented the Bank within wider community and built relevant communication channel- Facilitated Customers in resolving issues and addressed queries related to banking products. - Operated Outward Remittances of Bahrain Customers on a daily basis from back end- Performed FX Conversion with World Wide Transfer and processed Telegraphic Transfers- Created monthly reports for records and processed confidential account information
