• Identifying the errors in ATM, CRM and BDM Machines and directing the relevant vendors in order to fix the errors.• Executing VISA/MasterCard transactions in POS machines and ATM machines for test purposes.• Monitoring CEFT (Common Electronic Fund Transfer Switch) transactions and resolution for dispute complaints received by the customers.• Going through the Bulk Deposit Machine (BDM) dispute forms and taking actions to support reconciliation.
