Worked closely with project director, project manager, construction manager, MEP engineerand other staff to meet operation goals. Assigned specific daily task to work activities on the approved schedule and set expectationsfor working lead oversight/coordination of daily work for skilled and general workers. Closely monitored the MEP sub-contractors work and supervised sub-contractors installationworks. Prepared weekly and monthly reports with effective plan to accomplish department goals. Assisted with scheduling of work for off-hour events; which may include off-hourperformance of supervisor duties in case of any operational issues and emergencies at site. Studied contract documents (specification), design, site drawings and execute as per approvedby consultants’. Closely worked with commercial team regarding purchased material. Managed the overall property maintenance including, but not limited to, appearance,equipment and systems to ensure operational performance and operational efficiency andsafety.Project contributions: Construction and Refurbishment services for Mercedes Benz CCB, Ipoh (July 20- present)o Supervised and in charge for overseeing all mechanical, electrical and plumbing works.o Ensured MEP work carried out as per approved drawings and within the time frame andprogress of the approved construction program.o Ensured installation, inspection and testing of all MEP equipment, fitting and workimplemented meets the specification and requirements requested by consultants.o Reviewed and verified accuracy of site drawings and their compliance to specification,consultants design and existing local authority standards.o Coordinated with other project personnel to ensure deadlines, procedures and other projectrequirements are met.o Liaised with local authorities for the approval of MEP services drawings and serviceconnections.o Prepared site drawing & materials submitting for consultants’ approval.
