In this role, I managed a combination of customer service, data analysis, and planning management. By collecting and analyzing datasets, I optimized order fulfillment, product availability, and warehouse capacity. I also predicted and resolved critical issues during logistics and warehouse operations.This position allowed me to establish and enhance my data skills.
