In this role, I managed a combination of customer service, data analysis, and planning management. By collecting and analyzing datasets, I optimized order fulfillment, product availability, and warehouse capacity. I also predicted and resolved critical issues during logistics and warehouse operations.This position allowed me to establish and enhance my data skills. I shared my knowledge to create a greater impact within the team.Responsibilities:• Managed, analyzed, and optimized the order fulfillment process with over 140 vendors, producing 60 containers shipped daily. Collaborated with manufacturing and warehouse-logistics teams regarding finished goods schedules and deliveries.
