• Setup procurement process for the company (define the work flow, create policy in align with the Group’s policy, recruit the team, deploy into company’s workflow)• Develop and expand vendor channels for different IT products to meet different demand of clients and project size• Communicate closely with Project team from pre-sales stage till closure to provide right support from procurement aspect on building solution to qualify client’s requirement (connect with appropriate manufacture and suppliers; negotiate with suppliers on pricing and service conditions to align with budget and conditions of the Project; control purchase orders process and delivery schedule closely to take suitable action if necessary to meet client’s schedule, monitor service quality from provider, etc..)• Enhance the coordination and communications process across organization to increase operational efficiency• Manage networking relationships with partners and suppliers.• Negotiate and administer vendor contracts in strict compliance with corporate policy and procedures• Performing Supplier evaluation and management under instruction and guidance from Regional Procurement• Supervise procurement process of local company to ensure it is in full compliance with Group’s policy as well as Procurement Code of Conduct

• Provide direct support to Global Business Division on maintaining relationship as well as working with local Telco (VNPT, Viettel, FPT telecom) and related government office (MIC, VN-NIC) for expanding business to Vietnam• Research local regulations on IT; Telecommunication; Business law etc., to give right support to the HQ team during negotiation with local partner for establishing a new joint venture to open the first Global Tier 3 Data Centre in Hanoi (GDS Vietnam)• Collaborate with local Telco for creating new value added services to develop business of local company

•Take the role of a pre-sales to support sale teams from other affiliates of the Group in over the world to sell telecom services to the clients in Vietnam (getting quote from local Telco, negotiate for pricing, making service order to local provider etc.,)•Cooperate between local carriers and the Global Provisioning team in Tokyo to deliver NTT’s Global Network Services to the site of clients in Vietnam•Assist Carrier Relationship team in headquarters on performing kaizen activities with local partner forimproving service quality to the clients in Vietnam
