• Find new customers, work with agents • Daily follow-up calls and e-mail• Interact directly with customers to explain about our services and provide information they required• Respond customer’s enquires via Facebook Messenger, Viber, E-mail or on call• Handle and solve the customer’s complaints and problems• Build strong relationship providing their needs and wants in order to continue using our services• Make contract file documents with client when they confirm• Draw advertising plan for the company to promote the business• Arrange hotel, restaurant booking for clients• Make record of customer data, inquires, feedback and complaints and directly report to Managing director• Arrange the meeting for MD and meet with business partner

• Translation (Chinese, English, Burmese)• Assisting Secretary to communicate with government organization and media• Informing and translating daily briefing news of Myanmar• Participating in events• Accompany the Myanmar Media Delegation to China• Accompany some of the Chinese Delegation in Myanmar, and translate for them• Contact with the Hotel, Travel and tour agency to arrange for Delegation
