• Supersede not only Multinational (MNC) team but support Large Local Corporates (LLC) team under corporate banking including, Korean, Japanese and Mandalay Corporate team with respective sectors’ relationship managers (RMs) in facilitating banking services to corporate customers especially product and process of loan, trade and cash management• Giving guidance in setting up criteria for new financial products (supply chain financing, hire purchase, Visa , UPI Credit Card launching) liaise with respective internal departments • Taking advisory role as to deliver value added financial services of corporate banking team which comply with local and international practices to all the corporate customers• Setting up target goal for each team, along with the banking products and drive them, measure their achievement by monitoring daily/weekly/monthly reports • Take part in recruiting new members and interviewing process, giving recommendation for existing members liaise with HR team • Giving guidelines in detail to all the RMs of each and every industry sectors especially credit paper write up for loan cases; guide them individually to improve presentation skills by giving outlines with their respective industries• Giving final approval and set up criteria for all the in/outward remittance cases of corporates and guide the team with knowledge about the importance of the telegraphic transfer cases, which need to comply not only with the central bank of Myanmar rules but with microeconomic point of view • Main person to decide credit limit for all the credit cards based on the KYC, due diligence, risk appetite and credit worthiness of not only each customer but for the corporate clients• Main person to present all the loan cases to the credit committee and get the final approval
