1. Streamline the container discharging process to minimize delays in container handling2. Effectively communicate with yard controllers and gate supervisors when moving containers in and out.3. Investigate the container movements in the yard between the given time slots.4. Utilize the RTGS (rubber tyred gantry cranes) for suitable places in the yard.5. Forecast the number of containers that will plan to load/unload from the vessel by every 1-2 hours and advice to operate the RTGs on time6. Streamline the yard operations and handling prime movers by applying economies of scale.7. Check the accordance and accurate boat notes and reshipment documents before the vessel arrives to the port.8. Provide ETR report ( Equipment Breakdown Tracking) to the senior managers .
