I am a professional with 16 years of experience in developing mechanical projects for machinery, equipment, and devices. I am dedicated to providing mechanical solutions in the automotive, logistics, and energy sectors.I possess in-depth knowledge of the entire activity chain of the Research and Development (R&D) department, including 3D modeling of parts and assemblies, 2D detailing for manufacturing, and the preparation of technical documentation related to projects. I perform calculations for the validation of critical project components and oversee the manufacturing processes, product assembly, and internal and external testing.Among other activities, I conduct feasibility and improvement studies for cost reduction, technical studies, and layout validation for equipment. I provide support to suppliers and related areas from start to finish of the process. I actively participate in the standardization of machine design.I have advanced proficiency in SolidWorks (CAD and CAE), with international certification (CSWP), as well as experience in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. I also have knowledge in machining, stamping and forming processes, welding, surface treatment, and heat treatment.I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Mechanical Projects with an emphasis on Structural Analysis and an MBA in Project Management.
