Consult and advised on every aspect of exploring for oil, including researching surface land agreements for seismic permitting and seismic data, setting up mineral rights contracts, oil well development, and hydraulic fracturing (fracking).Marketed and sold equity ownership of energy investments including natural gas wells, oil wells, a salt water disposal well, and an oil field housing company. With the decline in oil and gas prices new well development and investments have been temporally halted. All the completed wells and the housing company were able to pay early dividends to the investors and currently generate end enough free cash flow to cover all operating costs as well as needed capital replacement. Once energy rebounds slightly higher these LLCs expect to be able to begin paying dividends again.
