Under my management, there was a spike in audience engagement on our Instagram. By the end of the semester, our follower count increased by more than 300 followers. I maintained a clean and cohesive feed and was in charge of all the graphics, photography and videography. One of the special projects I created and managed was a lip dub video featuring our dance marathon team. That project was one of our greatest hits and received over 9,000 views. Our social media efforts were noticed by the University of Florida, which awarded us with the best high school social media program along with a plaque now hanging on my old high school’s office. In 2019, as a first year FPRA member, I submitted an entry for my high school social media position into the FPRA image awards and was awarded the Judges’ Award and Award of Distinction
