Contracted to Renaissance Group exclusively as an in-house Construction Administrator and photographer. Provide field inspections and progress reports as needed for assigned projects, in-house assistance on RFI's and submittals, design consultation and final project photos.

As a contract Project Director at Miconi Hayes provided onsite field representation for the Kilgore Flares project and the 434,000 sf new Collierville High School.

Hayes works on a contract basis as an Architectural Field Representative and freelance photographer. He studied art at Bartlett High School and The University of Memphis and generally paint in a realism style using bold, natural colors. A dramatic use of light and shadow often distinguishes my work. Being an artist first provides a unique ability to bring an artist eye to professional photography. A past member of Germantown TN and Lewisville TX Art Leagues and was represented by AVD Galleries while in Texas. Was an invited artist to the Colleyville, TX Art Fair, Memphis Greek Orthodox Art Fair, Memphis Central Gardens Art Show and the Oakland in October Art Show. Currently has work hanging in private collections and three corporate headquarters and has been published in At Home Memphis Magazine, Shop Local Magazine Cover, The Fayette Falcon, Oakland News and Capture Memphis Online Magazine.Has won over 80 awards including: Peer Selection Award, Top 10 World Choice Award, Masterpiece Award, Superb Composition Award, Member Selection Award, 2015 Staff Writer Selection Award, Photo of the Year Finalist, 3rd place finish in national B&W photo contest and multiple Capture Memphis Photo of the Day Awards.

Temporary Contract to Manage Food Lion Brand Strategy multisite remodel program, phases 2 and 3, which included interior and exterior upgrades to their existing stores ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 square feet. Responsible for 25 stores in each phase located in various locations in Virginia and North Carolina. Each site had a four month project delivery with only three site visits.

Manage the construction of the Southwest TN Community College Library (69,300 sf) as well as the Hot Spring County and Lafayette County Arkansas Jails.

Manage concepts, design direction, schedule, budget and construction of facilities for corporate clients. These included Rent-A-Center Corporate Headquarters in Plano, TX (176,000 sf) and Citibank Call Center in Louisville, KY (170,000 sf). Citibank was a fast track, seven month schedule and was completed on time and under budget.

Manage concepts, design direction, lease negotiations, schedule, budget, procurement and move coordination services.
