This would include, but is not limited to, SEO, SEM, PPC, CRO, CRM, PR and Social Media. My experience has been gained primarily in a B2B and B2C environment.Leadership: I have developed and effected cultural change, putting digital at the center of strategic considerations and processes, not just within the direct team of reports but within other partnerships. Managing multiple agencies and third party vendors is a regular part of my day-to-day responsibilities.Technology: I have considerable exposure to the majority of technologies used in the production, development and management of the online and digital space, including but not limited to CMS tools, Web Automation systems, User Communications/CRM systems and analytical tools – such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Adobe and many other digital software systems.Marketing: Experienced in a senior leadership level for digital Marketing, with specific experience gained in other marketing disciplines such as Product and Service Marketing.Data: Data is the lifeblood of our business, and my advanced level of experience in using and manipulating customer data, through a variety of tools and methods, for the pursuit of developing a single customer view ultimately creating a greater ROI for our clients.Strategy: I have successfully developed a strategy for Lead Clickz - that helped the business stand-out in a competitive segment of Digital Marketing, by building strong partnerships, both with end-customers, as well as the sales channel.Global: I have worked in organizations and roles requiring a high-degree of cross-functional, matrix working including managing remote teams, across cultures and global regions. Entrepreneur: I have an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating a high desire to succeed; against a back-drop of competing objectives and the need to prioritize.
