Kitimat LNG Project (September 2013 - August 2014)Main assignments include:•Preparing RFQ packages for a variety of mechanical equipment while coordinating inputs from different disciplines•Preparing datasheets for a variety of mechanical equipments including motors, exchangers, packaged equipment, and various pumpsi. Preliminary pump sizings and selections based on datasheetsii. Incorporating process conditions and comments from different disciplines, and the Client into datasheetsKEARL Expansion Project (September 2012 - September 2013)Main roles included:1) Vendor Data Coordinator:•Further facilitated communication between engineering disciplines and procurement/expediting, and ensured that engineers’ requests for critical documentation were being addressed and monitored•Developed a comprehensive matrix of purchase orders and their corresponding critical vendor data in order to track vendor submissions and engineers’ requests2) Interface Coordinator:•Managed interface agreements between Fluor and other contractors (interface agreements are used between two contractors who both have contracts with the client, but not with each other)i.This involved working with engineering and with contractors in order to establish the details of the agreement and ensure that the needs of both parties are addressed. Then, writing clear and concise interface agreements, tracking their progress, ensuring the agreed upon deliverables are produced, and distributing said deliverables to the requestor(s)3) Engineering Management Team Member:•Several miscellaneous tasksi.Compiling comments from engineering disciplines for a new “Management of Concurrent Engineering” document and then reviewing them with the clientii.Organizing and chairing meetings (drawing reviews etc.)iv.Preparing Project Execution Plan Documents for a new project (Interface Management Plan for the K2MX project)

• Helped manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing material inventory using SmartPlant Material Software• Maintained and updated material inventory, using detailed analysis to verify received material against the ordered bill of materials• Ran and analyzed material forecasts for upcoming construction phases, created material reservations, and issued material to construction contractors• Completed weekly Site Material Status Reports, calculating total percentage of ordered material on hand
