Continuing my role in leading the OC Ad Fed. This is a transition role as I mentor the new board adapt what we have accomplished during the previous board term and help set goals for their board term. Although this is an essential part of the Executive Board, I tend to take a softer hand in this role and allow the new President and her Board develop their own identity, while ensuring the identity of the organization is preserved.

I oversee the Board of Directors for the OC Ad Fed, a non-profit professional organization dedicated to being the main social and educational portal for the OC Advertising Community. This is a volunteer based organization made up of creatives, media planners, agency principles, and others who are dedicated to community.

As part of my role as the President of the OC Ad Federation I help oversee and advise the younger professional organization AD2 OC. This organization is dedicated to promoting and providing educational and professional resources to young professionals in the OC Advertising Community.

VanIsh Marketing & Events and VanIsh Media are leaders in marketing and media, primarily for the lifestyle cultures of music, fashion, entertainment, beauty, and nightlife. With a strong background in photography, marketing, and social promotions, VanIsh takes their clients on a journey exploring who they are and how best to reach their audience. Through that journey, VanIsh develops a strategy that implements visual elements and demographic focused events and ultimately connecting the client to their customers with an exciting and engaging experience. We also leverage the connecting and enthusiast strength of social media and video. Through these programs we are able to create, distribute, and leverage a fan base that in turn become brand ambassadors for our clients.

Oversaw all operations and sales functions for a $30+ Million printing and marketing company. Implemented new workflow standards and solutions to reduce costs, improve capacity and quality, and reduce work force needs and limited overtime. Setup new sales structure based on work segment and market segments, while implementing new costing standards and sales goals to achieve a higher value added and profit results. Ultimately built a positive team of dedicated employees who helped shape a much needed positive and rewarding environment and culture.

In this position I authored the business plan for a new division of Insync Media to be opened in Orange County. After authoring the plan, I assumed the leadership position for this new division, holding responsibility for the financial results, staffing, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to name a few. This company continued to grow and remain profitable, while maintaining a positive position within the OC Advertising Community.

In this position I oversaw all pre-press operations. These duties included all technical, production, staffing, training, and quality elements to name a few.
