Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing Contractor. Main dealers of Daikin, Carrier, Panasonic and O General AC Products.Maintain a Team of Sales Engineers , Project Team with Installation and Miantenanace , Generation of Enquiry and meeting clients for sales and Projects and Finalization of the project along with contract activation with the client.• Detailed engineering and construction process knowledge in air conditioning, electrical, fire fighting, Low voltage systems and plumbing services for commercial, residential, Hotels and Airport Projects• Team leader controlling all aspects of the MEP works including planning, administration, commercial, engineering, documentation and handover to the client• Takes an active, personal role in the establishment, implementation and management of project Safety Management Systems and Procedures• Through knowledge of MEP & HVAC installation and has demonstrated project management skills with the ability to work as the head of a team of engineers and tradesmen.• Ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc.)• Maintain good relationships with the client and develop a professional team to establish the company as the contractor of choice.• Liaison with Technical Services and Shared services personnel for delivery of design, costs, schedules and overall project support.• Establishes regular meeting to review package status, formulate action items and follows up on close out.• Works proactively, constructively and fairly with all parties to ensure the successful execution of the project.• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
