Leadership, reliability, and adaptability; these three attributes help begin to explain me personally and professionally. In jobs prior, I have been commended for my ability to be mentally flexible to fit the job requirements that are expected of me. I am teachable and moldable. I am also known from previous employers to be a highly dependable employee. I find great satisfaction from being counted on by my superiors. I did not call out of work in the five years that I was at my previous job. Last, but certainly not least, I am passionate for leadership. Since a very young age, I have gravitated towards any position that involves me managing and leading in some aspect. I got my first real job at the age of 16 and I was there for only a few months before being promoted to supervisor. Soon after this, I was promoted to manager and have held that position since. I was also nominated for a leadership program called Boys State. Another leadership opportunity I experienced was in my first year of college, my professor selected me to go to a business conference called Ignite.
