Grinnell College's Office of Communications facilitates all of the College’s internal and external communications. I work within the Media Relations team, which publicizes events and liaises with news media.As the Media Relations Assistant, I support the Director of Media Relations by drafting press releases and liaising directly with local, regional, and national press. I help in the drafting and editing of faculty written op-ed's that appeared in publications such as Forbes, The Des Moines Register, and the Grinnell Magazine. My work has also been published in the Grinnell Magazine.
