As our Retail Operations have grown to be our main revenue channel, I've stepped into a more eCommerce/ digital marketing role overseeing and ensuring fast and accurate order fulfillment, search engine optimization, and the seamless execution of our online sales campaigns. In my current role, I write, edit, and publish nearly all of the content on our website designed to not only inform novice and expert CBD users alike, but to push our desired keywords up Google's listings. I've also collaborated closely with our Director of Marketing on several email marketing campaigns, setting up backlinking opportunities, and steadily growing our active email list. Together we have pulled our website's Domain Authority Score up from 26 in January of this year to 38 currently.

In its first full calendar year of operation, I was challenged to grow into this role as fast as the company itself grew. That meant scaling production, effectively managing and organizing inventory as we grew out of our first space, and finding the waste inherent in chaotic environments and cutting it out. In my first year as Director of Operations I:- Helped onboard five full-time employees and a dozen part-time employees, training them on our safety procedures, product expectations, and other SOPs- Built a customer service ticket system wherein me and a small team of other employees can pass off tickets or tasks to each other with ease and ensure that our customers leave our interactions feeling heard and more importantly, satisfied. - With the help of our Warehouse Manager, created and maintained a system to inventory and track over 4000+ pounds of CBD hemp flower. - Collaborated with our Co-Director of Sustainability to source and replace existing inventory with more affordable and more environmentally-friendly fulfillment options, packaging materials, and facility supplies.

Grew Alliance for Community Transformation's web and social media presence, tracking both engagements with our content and participations in our digital, socially-distanced events

Alliance for Community Transformations is a community coalition working to make communities in Southwestern Vermont healthier for families, young adults, and children. I raised over $30,000 in monetary donations, in-kind donations, and grant rewards. I developed boilerplate content of varying lengths to aid and assist future grant applications. This content helps cut down on the application process and allows members to focus more of their in-kind time on programming. I managed our web presence and wrote an informational series on Vermont's Act 86, a law to decriminalize personal marijuana cultivation and possession. Said series has been cited by the Vermont Dept. of Health several times. I organized the biggest yet Youth Appreciation Day, a day of free food and family-friendly activities, hosting more than 600+ community members.

human-I-T is a 501(c)3 nonprofit serving the greater Los Angeles area, promoting digital inclusion and equity in traditionally marginalized communities. human-I-T provides qualified recipients with free devices, access to low-cost broadband service, technical support, and digital literacy education. Wrote and submitted more than 40 grant applications while working closely with foundation officers to tailor each application to meet said foundation's giving goals. Led a small team to revitalize human-i-t's individual giving page, using A/B tested strategies used by some of the biggest non-profit organization's in the country.

Now NU Kitchen

Helped successfully incorporate styrofoam recycling and compost food-waste diversion on Clark's campus, making us one of the first campuses in the country to do so. Our recycling crew and the efforts of our "Eco Reps" were recognized by the EPA twice. Supervised and coordinated a crew of 10+ students to handle and consolidate recycling in on-campus academic and residential buildings, without a single accident.
