Business Area Manager, Backup As Service
CurrentIn this position, I have the privilege of overseeing the entire backup Service Family and leading virtual teams across various regions. As part of my responsibilities, I'm entrusted with managing partner relationships, engaging in strategic discussions with our valued customers, and crafting service roadmaps to meet their evolving needs. Responsible for consolidating backup services across the entire Atea Group, streamlining to achieve efficiency, consistency, and cost optimization across multiple regions and business units. Lead the integration of backup solutions, ensuring standardization and alignment with group-wide IT strategies and compliance requirements.- Manage relationships with our partners to ensure alignment and collaboration and drive service excellence.- Engaging in strategic customer discussions to gather insights and align our services with customer needs.- Responsible for crafting and owning the roadmap for our service family, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our customers.- Driving governance initiatives to enhance service delivery and quality.- Supporting the implementation of our go-to-market strategy.- Conducting training and education sessions to align with the G2M strategy.
