I am an Associate at Steer, specializing in business case development, evaluation and strategy across rail and transit. My work helps transit and planning agencies develop, plan and prioritize major projects, understand benefits, costs and trade-offs, and ultimately make better, more informed funding decisions.Key areas of experience include: - Leading business cases for major rail and transit (LRT; BRT; local bus) investment to help secure grant funding - Modelling, analysis and forecasting future trends in rail and transit ridership, including post-pandemic - Conducting cost-benefit analysis, including capturing 'wider economic benefits' such as productivity and housing - Drafting city, state and federal transportation plans to guide and prioritize transit improvements - Evaluating the benefits of transportation investment, including against equity goals  Originally from London, and now working in California, I bring in an international perspective to the contemporary issues facing the transportation sector, and adopt a collaborative approach to address their challenges.
