Taken on full time after completing Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship through Grimsby Institute for Higher Education.Looked after after South East and South West based customers for Irish & Scandinavian exports, both groupage and Full Loads, as well as some key accounts for the groupage department.Also have previous experience in Scandinavian/North German Full Loads exports & Import/Export roles within the Immingham branch too.My day to day roles included liaising with Export Operations and resolving any issues with full loads and groupage going over to Scandinavia & Ireland, including checking invoices are correct and resolving any price queries with our spot quotes and sales teams, adjusting any details on consignments such as pallet counts and weights, solving customs clearance issues for Non EU Countries which aided me ahead of Brexit on the 1st January.
