How I helped this company...- Write 300+ pages of AWS documentation surrounding design ideas to help key decision makers assess useability- Create several architectural POC's for supply chain workflows inside of AWS- Fill gaps in team knowledge and bandwidth by creating pkcs11 tools in c programming language and then using python to create the UI for users- Identify key cloud technologies that created significant efficiencies within the technology stack

How I helped this company...- By implementing an private cloud system (openstack) and moving workloads off of AWS saving the company 1+ million dollars a year- I identified a lack of KPI in the system and was able to put together a monitoring system in the first 100 days to deliver indicators that had a positive effect on the infrastructure- Used KPI to identify weak spots in their web farm, then was able to architect and design a web farm that delivered reliability and durability- Provided automation that minimized everyday tasks and their impact on IT operations, this cut down on the amount of daily fires that were occuring at the company- Developed processes that solved company wide workflow issues inside their technology stack
