Thomas Bradshaw is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with Tetra Tech’s Arctic Engineering Practice based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He is a Professional Engineer registered in Alberta, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon with over 12 years of experience on major civil, mining, municipal, and oil projects in the Canadian Arctic and Alaska. His areas of expertise include multi-discipline project management, civil construction supervision, regulatory permitting support, and geotechnical engineering including site investigations, foundation design, stability analyses, and infrastructure assessments.Thomas has been involved on numerous large-scale infrastructure projects in northern regions including bridges, frozen-core dams, wind farms, tailings filtration dykes, water diversion channels, as well as linear infrastructure including highways and pipelines. He has conducted geotechnical logging, sampling, and testing as well as installed ground instrumentation for areas of continuous and discontinuous permafrost.
