During my time at Castleford House I have: ● Assisted people living with dementia with their Activities of Daily Living● Senior carer when needed● Leading a team of staff● Running shifts● Training Lead - this means that I organised all the training, whether mandatory or optional, within the home● I have worked days and nights● Manual handling and Safeguarding ambassador● I’ve worked in a Nursing home that was/is rated outstanding during my employment● I have undertaken optional training such as PEG training and medication training to further enhance my knowledge, understanding and assistance within my role
