With a passion for protecting people and their surroundings, both physically and digitally, I am a Quality Control and Safety Lead at Ultratec Special Effects, the global leader in the production of pyrotechnic products. In this role, I ensure the quality and safety of our products, meeting industry standards and regulations, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. I oversee and implement comprehensive quality control processes, develop and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections and training programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. I also maintain documentation and records related to quality control and safety measures, facilitating audits and compliance.In addition to my current role, I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity at SANS Technology Institute, the regionally-accredited, VA-approved subsidiary of SANS, the world's most trusted provider of cybersecurity training, certification, and research. I have completed an associate's degree in Cyber Defense at Chattanooga State Community College, where I honed my skills and expanded my knowledge in this dynamic field. I have also earned multiple certifications, including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, and GIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies (GFACT). My core competencies include access control, data security, and cyber forensics, which I aspire to leverage to advance in this exciting and rewarding career path.
