Before FBP, Thomas was National Accounts Director at Dry Creek Vineyard in Healdsburg, CA. DCV is internationally renowned and a greatly respected winery located in beautiful Sonoma County - and the first winery in the Dry Creek Valley since the repeal of prohibition. Prior to DCV, Owen Roe & Banfi, Thomas was specializing in Riesling for Pacific Rim Winemakers. Pac Rim quickly tripled the number of trade customers and added approximately 80,000 new cases of business; putting them firmly into a leadership role within Washington State. In Dec. 2011, Banfi Vintners purchased Pacific Rim.Before joining the AWESOME team at Pacific Rim Winemakers, Mr. Bailey was a Divisional Vice President at Precept Brands, where he successfully grew business in a multitude of states including TX, FL, GA, and many in the Midwest US.Prior to his career in the Wine and Spirits Industry, Thomas worked as a creative editor and producer for clients such as Monday Night Football, NFL on FOX, and the Discovery Channel.Mr. Bailey presently resides in Austin TX.Specialties: - On Premise successful brand champion- Off Premise programming and execution- Key Account growth- Relationship Development- Distributor Management- Profitable Negotiation
