● Lead, train and support a team of Sales Project Managers to enhance individual performance and attain business sales goals ● Develop annual sales goals and actively participate in executive strategic planning ● Build customer database via telemarketing, networking, direct mail, internet positioning, personal contacts, and trade shows ● Serve as the liaison between the client and the engineering/manufacturing team● Oversee the production of all awarded contracted work

● Develop quotes using the Alpha Quote system, submit to client, and negotiate contracts to balance customer satisfaction with organizational profitability● Analyze part data; prepare and issue quotes to potential customers ● Prepare a job build plan to communicate customer specifications and expectations with the engineering team● Meet with clients to conduct a preliminary and final design review and communicate concept to engineering team ● Follow-up with manufacturing specialists to ensure projects are meeting milestones ● Communicate change orders to engineering and manufacturing team ● Maintain proprietary client information and data upholding ISO standards

● Assemble, form, clean and maintain plastic injection molds● Troubleshoot molds and equipment to ensure the output of quality products● Set-up machines, read blueprints, and measure products with precision tools● Spot slides, inserts, and other key components to ensure a properly functioning mold● Identify and diagnose problems with existing molds; perform mold repair including, but not limited to: damaged hydraulic parts, injector pins, core sleeves, springs, inserts, etc. ● Perform tig and stick welding on molds as necessary for mold repair or mold assembly● Travel as necessary to customers to improve mold functionality, perform routine maintenance, and conduct repairs ● Perform product try-outs with customers to ensure product quality meets customer needs● Partner with Design Team, Project Management, and CNC Management to discuss and implement design changes to new and existing molds
