For 32 years I have built my law practice on two principles – service and results. I employ my litigation, negotiation and counseling skills to help my clients solve problems in a structured way, first by assessing risk or damages, then by implementing a plan uniquely designed to achieve the goal. As a litigator my goal is to win for my client, through favorable settlement or trial. As an advisor my goal is to utilize my 32 years of experience in environmental and business issues to develop the most cost-efficient, well-planned strategy to achieve my clients’ desired results. Environmental and insurance cost recovery matters are complex and require an experienced attorney to spot and address every issue – this is what I love to do and that is why I have been recognized consistently by my clients and peers in Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers publications – service and results.I am very involved with the Indy Bar Association, serving as its 2019 President. I formerly chaired the Legal and Technical Subcommittee on Environmental Matters for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. I have been a licensed foster parent, and am involved in supporting the New Life Home orphanage in Kenya.
