He is an expert in the application of hydrologic and hydraulic numerical models to water resources infrastructure and regional watershed management. His expertise embraces the application of hydrologic and hydraulic numerical models including modeling building, geospatial data integration, alternatives evaluation, documentation, training and presentation of results. He has authored, edited and published numerous technical books and articles on the use of models in engineering practice.
