As part of Post-Fukushima project performed Maximum Probable Precipitation event analysis at nuclear power plants using FLO-2D. Developed models to assess interior drainage in Darlington, PA and Cumberland, MD for levee accreditation. Used RiverFLO-2D for model of Susquehanna River at Three Mile Island, PA. Applied Delft2D model to of sediment transport in tailings pond at oil shale facility in Alberta.

Developed database for data user’s survey, analysis of existing data for detection limit requirements, performed literature review of applications of water quality monitoring, and led synthesis of data users requirements into a prioritized list for Chesapeake Bay Program. Led field demonstration programs of alternative technologies for continuous water quality monitoring.
