During my undergraduate career, I held many different student roles throughout the year. My first role expanded from Orientation Leader to Orientation Coordinator. My job in these roles was to welcome new students and get them into a smooth transition into college. As a coordinator, I was one of four students who helped create and revamp the Orientation process for the Fall 2016 recruitment cycle.But also in different facets such as I was a WheaSpeakCulture leader whose mission was to help administrators and students tackle inequalities at all sectors of the college from running cultural competency trainings to holding forums and presentations to the community.Another aspect of my role happened at nights on one of Wheelock's pieces of campus where I was a security/desk worker. My duties included patrols on the campus, watching the monitors, locking the doors, and helping with any technical assistance that the professors and classes might need. Over the summer this role expanded into a concierge service for different groups staying on campus over the summer where I was required to lead a team of eight students to flip rooms that have been used to rooms that are clean and ready to be used. My role also consisted of being on call twenty-four hours since I had the Residence Life Keys in case someone was locked out.

Seasonal swing manager in charge of training new and old employees on updated policies, maintain the grill sector in food safety, quality, and time. I was a flexible and competent manager enough to fill any and every spot needed. If I was needed to cash out or switch between the kitchen and the front I could seamlessly. At the time I was just turning 17/18 and was a manager of many people older than me or who have been there longer. I never had an issue when it came to forming a common bond of team and understanding. I was able to consistently beat record times and my store had won the Rae Kroc award which is given to only 1% of store managers a year.

Started working at the age of 15 as their lobby and groundskeeper. When I turned 16 the company started training my in every place possible because at how fast I was able to master the last task and with how customer oriented I was. In no time I went from cashier to the regular grill person on the weekends where my duties were to help open the store from the night crew. From there I became the first swing manager still in high school. My peers and those older than me at the company had no issue with taking directives from me because I was able to subtly get everything done without being too power hungry.
