My responsibilities ranged greatly from day to day on the water performance goals to strategic planning for fitting skill and equipment goals into larger performance goals.

Employed to sail on privately owned racing sailboats (J70, M32, etc.) at various regattas nationally and internationally. J70 Tactician 5th 2018 Worlds J70 Trimmer 2nd 2017 Worlds J70 Davis Island Winter Series Overall Winner 3 times

Competed in the 2008 Olympics for the US Virgin Islands in the laser class and in the 2016 Olympics for the US in the 49er class. While campaigning my responsibilities outside of being an athlete included: strategic planning, scheduling, equipment logistics and maintenance, fundraising, and budgeting.

Managed logistics, training, and performance for team of 45 athletes. Achieved #1 ranking in the United States; developed goals and executed long-term training and recruiting plans.
